Ken & Ron Robertson aren’t your ordinary brothers…
Together they have successfully started, operated, and exited two tech companies. When they aren’t working together, they are traveling or enjoying a day on the mountain or lake.
In 2011, Ken and Ron co-founded Picmonic Inc., which was acquired by LLR Partners in 2021. In 2018, Ken & Ron co-founded Milestonia, a goal management platform, that was also acquired in 2021.
Ken is known as a true ‘entrepreneurial MacGyver’! From ops to analytics, digital marketing, admin, legal, finance and the in-between, he can do it all…
Ken has led the operations of multiple SaaS businesses from the idea stage through acquisition. From business formation and planning to raising capital to leading lean product development to efficiently bring MVPs to the market, then iterating to profitability. Ken loves to optimize data-driven operations organized by quarterly objectives, aligned to the long-term vision, with initiatives always coordinated interdepartmentally and right-sized for the business.
Ken attended the United States Air Force Academy and holds a BS in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University, which he used for a short time at Northrop Grumman Space Technologies and General Dynamics C4 Systems before moving to the startup world.
Ron has filled the shoes of a startup CEO, leading several high-performing teams to achieve significant growth (Inc 5000 fastest growing businesses 2020, 2021, 2022), from strategic planning to overseeing product development of multi-million dollar platforms, establishing strategic partnerships, raising capital, managing investors and the board of directors, developing business strategy, to successful acquisitions.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of San Diego and attended the University of Arizona College of Medicine for 3 years before leaving to start Picmonic.
